K&N 98-01 Ford Ranger / Mazda B2500 L4-2.5L Performance Intake Kit
The K&N 57-2540 FIPK air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. The 57-2540 air intake comes with a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that installs into the previous air box space. Air is directed through an aerodynamically engineered intake tube into the engine's throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The tube accommodates the factory mass air sensor and air temperature sensor. The oversized cone shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install usually in 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points. The tools needed are a screwdriver, a ratchet set and several wrenches. K&N 57 Series FIPK's are street legal in all 50 US states and come with K&N's Million Mile Limited Warranty.

You will receive a Return Goods Authorization number. The process to receive an RGA number usually takes to 72 hours. RGA Number: Write the RGA number in large black letters on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice. Return Package: Return the package(s) freight pre-paid. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Note: All returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot have been damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee. ** Please inspect your order for signs of exceptions or damage at time of delivery. If damaged, please notate on carriers Delivery Receipt and refuse the shipment. Even if no exterior damage is visible, open packages and inspect for damage or shortages.
